🚀 Installation

1. Install a userscript manager, such as:

   • ScriptCat for Chrome, Firefox or Edge
   • Violentmonkey for Firefox or Edge
   • OrangeMonkey for Chrome
   • Tampermonkey for Chrome, Firefox or Edge
   • Stay or Userscripts for Safari

2. Install ChatGPT Auto Refresh userscript (will load in manager installed above)

3. Visit chatgpt.com as normal, and sessions will auto-refresh at a regular interval!
