IoT HDMI Switch — WiFi-controlled, Home Assistant Native
A 2-input, 1-output HDMI 2.0 switch (4K @ 60Hz) you control over WiFi. Runs ESPHome natively. Shows up in Home Assistant as a select entity with no custom code required. Fully local, no cloud, no subscription.
Built on an ESP32-C3 + Texas Instruments TS3DV642 FET switch. Pre-assembled units available on Tindie.
Supported HDMI Features
The project uses the TS3DV642 IC, which is rated for and has been tested to support:
- HDMI 2.0 compatibility
- 4K at 60 Hz
